Help when you need it.

Start with free countertop design on iPad or iPhone. Use Linea Pro on iPad to build the full kitchen, present it in 3D, and create a customer-ready PDF.

Include your iPad or iPhone model, operating system version, Linea version and build, and what you were trying to do. A screenshot with customer details removed can help.

If Linea reports a recovery or quarantine issue, keep the affected project closed and do not delete the project or its recovery copies. Open Settings, choose Data & Support, choose Support, then review the Redacted Support Bundle before you export or send it.

Camera and photo access are requested only when you choose to add project evidence. Do not email customer photos or project documents unless support provides an approved secure transfer and you have permission to share them.

Getting started

Make your first useful design.

  1. Start free with a countertop. Build a measured countertop design, use the included materials, and save it locally without a subscription.
  2. Add the room with Pro. Create a Kitchen Design, then add walls, openings, cabinets, appliances, sinks, countertops, and backsplash.
  3. Show and save the result. Review the room in plan, elevation, or 3D. Pro also adds Present, PDF export, customer sharing, and personal slab imports.

Both monthly and annual Pro include the same feature set. The App Store shows the current price and billing period before you purchase.

iPad and iPhone

Move a project copy deliberately.

  1. Use private project delivery with Pro. On supported versions, eligible Pro users can deliver a saved project copy through their own iCloud account between supported devices.
  2. Use Files or AirDrop when needed. Exported project copies can still be sent with AirDrop or stored in Files for deliberate import on another device.
  3. Open and verify the copy. Confirm the customer, room, measurements, and latest design before replacing or continuing any existing project.

Private project delivery uses your iCloud account and does not give the Linea team access to your project content. Keep the original project until you have opened and checked the transferred copy.

Customer follow-up

Send the ideas they want to revisit.

With Pro, use Present to review the room together, share selected design views, or export a customer-ready PDF. Review every image, measurement, and recipient before sending. Your customer can review shared images or documents without installing Linea.
